This is the 14 round magazine (with grip extension) for the .45acp Smith & Wesson M&P 45. The standard, flush mount magazine holds 10 rounds, this extended magazine holds four more rounds. The extended magazine is solid steel with a tan polymer grip extension. The grip extension is colored the same as the dark earth frame of the M&P 45, there is also access for the lanyard ring at the base of the grip. It is a bit awkward to shoot the pistol with such a long grip, but it is a bit easier to change magazines with gloves with the longer length and grip extension.
